Your Trusted Lakewood Party Bus Company
Party Bus Aurora has been coordinating group transportation across the Denver metro since 2011 — and Lakewood groups are some of our most regular bookings. This city sits right on the western edge of the metro, which means your group is minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, a straight shot up US-6 to downtown Denver, and an easy jump onto C-470 toward Englewood or Littleton. That kind of central position is a big asset — until US-6 backs up into a single-lane crawl heading into the mountains on a Friday night, or the westbound Sixth Avenue Freeway turns into a parking lot before a sold-out Red Rocks show.
That is exactly where we step in.
We offer instant all-inclusive pricing — you see the exact cost before you ever commit — and our reservation team is available around the clock to work through your itinerary, answer logistics questions, and match your group with the right vehicle. From a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a birthday night in LoDo to a 56-passenger charter bus moving a corporate group between the Denver Tech Center and a Lakewood conference center, we have the vehicle and the plan. Call 303-214-4282 any time to get started.

Why Choose Our Lakewood Party Bus Service?
Booking a Lakewood party bus rental is easy with Party Bus Aurora — and we built that process around the realities of the Denver metro, not a generic template. We know that westbound US-6 toward Morrison can slow to a stop ninety minutes before a Red Rocks show, that C-470 south gets thick on Friday afternoons, and that finding a parking spot anywhere near Belmar Shopping Center on a Saturday night tests the patience of even the most experienced local. We take care of all of that for you.
Since 2011, we've coordinated thousands of group trips across Jefferson County and the broader metro — school field trips to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, corporate shuttles between the Denver Tech Center and Lakewood, bachelorette parties that start in Belmar and end on Colfax at 2 a.m., and prom nights at Lakewood High School. Our 24/7/365 reservation team means there is always a real person to answer a logistics question, adjust an itinerary, or lock in a last-minute addition to your group. And because we provide all-inclusive pricing up front, you will always know exactly what you are paying before you ever book.

Lakewood Party Bus Services for Any Event
Party Bus Aurora coordinates group transportation for every occasion across Lakewood and the wider Jefferson County area. Lakewood Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Denver International Airport (DEN) (8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249) sits roughly 35 miles northeast of central Lakewood — a trip that runs 40 to 50 minutes in light traffic but stretches well past an hour when I-70 backs up through the Mousetrap interchange, which it does consistently during morning rush and after any major event downtown. For large groups flying out together, coordinating a caravan of cars to the airport and finding enough long-term parking is genuinely painful. One Lakewood airport shuttle bus handles the whole crew from a single pickup — hotel, office, or home — straight to the correct departures level at Jeppesen Terminal.
For arrivals, commercial buses use the designated commercial vehicle lane on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal. Have your group coordinator call our team once everyone has cleared baggage claim and gathered at the agreed-upon door — never before, because DEN's three concourses feed into one terminal and it takes time for a scattered group to come together. We highly recommend reviewing the official DEN ground transportation page before your trip.

Lakewood Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Lakewood's own entertainment strip along Belmar (7301 W Alaska Dr, Lakewood, CO 80226) is a natural first stop — restaurants like Ale House at Amato's and late-night options along South Wadsworth Boulevard make a solid opening act. From there, the real run heads east on US-6 toward downtown Denver: rooftop cocktails at The Source Hotel in RiNo, dancing on Broadway's bar strip in Baker, or a late night at the clubs along 17th Street near LoDo.
Even experienced Denver locals get turned around navigating one-way streets in LoDo at midnight, and an Uber pool for twelve people at 1 a.m. on a Saturday is both unreliable and expensive. A Lakewood bachelorette party bus keeps the whole crew in one place — your custom playlist on the sound system, the onboard bar stocked before pickup, and no one drawing straws for the sober ride home. Your group parties from first stop to last; the route is taken care of.

Lakewood Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances your guest of honor can make — and Jefferson County has no shortage of venues that deserve exactly that kind of entrance. Quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations regularly fill event spaces like Villa Parker in nearby Parker and the ballrooms at the Lakewood Cultural Center. For milestone adult birthdays, a night that starts with dinner in Belmar and ends at a rooftop bar in Cherry Creek is completely doable on one bus, on one flat rate.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are available in white, black, and silver to match your theme, and the cabin comes ready with color-changing LED lighting and a sound system preloaded with your playlist. Instead of asking guests to navigate US-6 at night and hunt for parking in Cherry Creek, a Lakewood birthday party bus rental picks everyone up at one spot and keeps the celebration rolling from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Call 303-214-4282 any time to plan your celebration!

Lakewood Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Lakewood sits seven miles from Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) — close enough to feel like a neighborhood venue, far enough that the approach road up Morrison Road turns into a single-file line on sellout nights. Concert parking at Red Rocks fills top-to-bottom in the two hours before a show, and the exit after a 10,000-person headliner is a forty-five-minute crawl back down to US-285. A Lakewood concert bus rental handles the whole approach for your group — one vehicle, one coordinated drop at the Top Circle lot near the main entrance, and the bus waiting for pickup once the encore ends.
For bigger touring acts at downtown venues, Ball Arena (1000 Chopper Cir, Denver, CO 80204) and the Fillmore Auditorium (1510 Clarkson St, Denver, CO 80218) are both reachable from Lakewood via US-6 East in under 20 minutes outside of peak hours. Post-show rideshare demand spikes immediately on Colfax and Speer, and garage exits on Chopper Circle back up for an hour after Ball Arena lets out. One bus drops your group at the door and is right there when the show ends.

Lakewood Corporate Event Transportation
Lakewood is home to a concentrated corporate corridor along the US-6 and Kipling Street corridors, with major employers including Lockheed Martin Space at 1111 Lockheed Martin Blvd and Molson Coors operations that draw event groups from across the metro. When a conference or team event moves between a Lakewood office campus and a downtown Denver venue — or between the Denver Tech Center and a Lakewood hotel — a corporate minibus rental in Lakewood keeps the group together, on schedule, and off an I-25 parking lot.
The Colorado Convention Center (700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202) hosts the metro's largest conventions, and its commercial bus drop-off runs curbside on 14th Street between Stout and California. Full-size charter buses clear the center's on-site garage easily — that garage maxes at 8'2" clearance, which standard vehicles cannot clear — so a curbside drop is both cleaner and faster. WiFi and power outlets on board mean your team arrives at the session focused instead of frazzled from the Sixth Avenue commute.
Call 303-214-4282 to discuss Lakewood corporate shuttle contracts and group rates!

Lakewood Private Event Transportation Services
Jefferson County's event calendar draws groups together year-round, and getting everyone to the same place without a five-car caravan is exactly the problem a private charter bus solves. The Colorado Dragon Boat Festival at Sloan's Lake Park (3401 Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80212) draws tens of thousands each July, and Sheridan Boulevard and West 26th Avenue around the lake become genuinely difficult to navigate — street parking vanishes hours before the race heats begin. One bus drops your group lakeside and waits nearby until you're ready to go.
For family reunions making the rounds across the metro in a single day — a stop at the Denver Botanic Gardens, lunch in Lakewood, and an evening at Red Rocks — a charter bus keeps everyone together without juggling multiple vehicles across the C-470 loop. Private group trips for church retreats, company picnics at Bear Creek Lake Park, and multi-generational celebrations are all events we coordinate regularly across Jefferson County. Call 303-214-4282 and we will build a plan scaled to your group!

Lakewood Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season runs late April through May, and Jefferson County high schools — including Lakewood High School, Green Mountain High School, and Bear Creek High School — all hold their proms within a compressed six-week window. Demand for party buses spikes hard during that stretch. A typical 6-hour Lakewood prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Red Rocks or Washington Park, venue drop-off, and an after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked four to six months early.
Wait until March and the same rental climbs to $2,800–$3,500 or simply isn't available.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. We work with parent committees and student groups across Jefferson County to confirm pickup plans, coordinate school drop-off logistics, and keep prom night moving on schedule. Call 303-214-4282 today to secure your date before the window closes!

Lakewood School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and administrators across Jefferson County R-1 trust Party Bus Aurora for school field trip transportation because the logistics are genuinely straightforward: one call, one vehicle sized to your group, and a plan that accounts for pickup timing, drop-off zones, and the return window. A trip to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205) from a Lakewood school runs about 20 minutes in normal morning traffic via US-6 East. Buses unload at the designated group drop zone south of the building along Colorado Boulevard and wait off-site, which keeps the surface lot clear.
For groups heading to the Denver Zoo (2300 Steele St, Denver, CO 80205) in City Park, the limited field-trip bus spots in the 23rd Avenue unload area fill quickly on school-year Tuesdays through Fridays — coordinating one charter bus is far simpler than managing multiple vehicles through that tight entrance. Climate-controlled seating, overhead storage for lunchboxes and gear, and TV monitors for in-transit entertainment all make the ride better than a yellow school bus. ADA-accessible buses are always available with advance notice.
Call 303-214-4282 for school field trip bus rentals in Lakewood!

Lakewood Sporting Event Transportation
The Denver sports calendar runs almost year-round from Lakewood's front door. Empower Field at Mile High (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204) is 10 miles east via US-6 — a 15-minute drive in normal traffic that stretches to 45 minutes when 75,000 Broncos fans converge on the Auraria Parkway interchange on game day. Early tailgate lots like Lot C at the stadium require pre-purchased passes sold out well in advance, and rideshare demand post-game on Federal Boulevard gets expensive fast.
A Lakewood Broncos charter bus rental keeps your crew together from pickup to kickoff, and the bus is waiting and ready when the final whistle blows.
For Rockies games at Coors Field (2001 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205), game-day parking in Lot A runs $23–$28 and fills early for Saturday home games. Bus parking in Section B of the main lot costs $40 per game, payable in advance through the Rockies parking page — one bus for your whole group at a flat rate beats individual passes across a full caravan. Colorado Rapids fans heading to Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City can book a minibus that drops the group near the VIP West Lot, skipping the long walk from overflow.
Call 303-214-4282 to book your Lakewood sporting event bus today!

Lakewood Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Jefferson County wedding venues span a wide range of settings — from the mountain lodges off US-285 near Evergreen to the event spaces on the Lakewood and Belmar corridors — and your out-of-town guests will not know how to navigate any of them confidently at night. A wedding shuttle in Lakewood removes that problem entirely: your guests board at the hotel, arrive at the ceremony together, and return safely without anyone navigating dark mountain roads after a night of celebrating.
For receptions at venues like Arrowhead Golf Club (10850 W Sundown Trail, Littleton, CO 80127) or the mountain-view spaces along US-285 west of C-470, a minibus shuttle loop from a central Lakewood hotel keeps the timeline tight and the guest experience seamless. Nobody in your wedding party has to find their own way to a venue they've never visited in a city they don't know. Because Party Bus Aurora has coordinated group transportation since 2011, your wedding-day pickup windows, staged departures, and post-reception returns are all confirmed before the day arrives — one point of contact from your first quote to final drop-off.
Call 303-214-4282 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Lakewood Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Front Range craft scene gives Lakewood groups a serious itinerary to work with. Breckenridge Brewery (2220 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205) operates its original downtown Denver taproom and is a perennial anchor for pub crawl groups. Closer to home, Westbound & Down Brewing (1617 Miner St, Idaho Springs, CO 80452) — a 40-minute run up I-70 West — pairs mountain views with award-winning beers, making it a natural first stop on a mountain tap trail.
Back in the Lakewood-Wheat Ridge corridor, Molly's Spirits (7144 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214) draws groups for its curated selection and easy Colfax access.
Lakewood winery tour transportation means your group rides together between every stop — no one hunting for parking on Morrison Road after dark, no rotating designated drivers, and no one getting lost between Idaho Springs and Wheat Ridge. The party bus keeps the energy going between stops with the bar, the sound system, and the whole crew in one place. Call 303-214-4282 for a free quote on your Lakewood pub crawl bus rental!

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Lakewood Party Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Lakewood?
Lakewood party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, your date, and how long you need the bus. As a guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Where do charter buses park at Red Rocks Amphitheatre?
Red Rocks has dedicated bus and shuttle drop-off at the Top Circle Lot near Entrances 1 and 2 at the top of the amphitheatre road — the standard zone for concert shuttles and charter arrivals. Large articulated buses park in Lower South Lot 2, which has ample space for oversized vehicles. Parking lots open two hours before doors on event nights.
Traffic on the Morrison Road approach backs up significantly in the final 90 minutes before showtime, so your bus should be moving toward Red Rocks at least two and a half hours before the scheduled start. We recommend checking the official Red Rocks parking page for your specific event before you go.
Can a charter bus drop off directly at Empower Field at Mile High?
Yes. Charter buses dropping at Empower Field at Mile High use Lot C on the southeast side near Gate 1 (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204), accessed from Federal Boulevard via Dick Connor Avenue. The lot opens six hours before kickoff with a limited number of oversized spaces at $55 each — credit card only, first-come, first-served, and those spots move fast on home game days.
All game-day parking at Mile High requires a pre-purchased pass; none are sold on site. The official rideshare lot is east of Ball Arena, which adds a significant walk after the final whistle. We recommend checking the official Broncos parking page before your game day to confirm current lot assignments and any road closure details.
What events in Lakewood book out buses the fastest?
Red Rocks shows in May, June, and July are the single biggest demand spike in the area — buses for headliner weekends book out weeks in advance. Prom season across Jefferson County R-1 high schools (late April through mid-May) is the other major crunch: Lakewood High School, Green Mountain, and Bear Creek all hold proms in a compressed window, and demand skyrockets. The Colorado Dragon Boat Festival at Sloan's Lake in July and Broncos home games throughout the NFL season also create consistent demand.
For any of these dates, book three to six months in advance. For Red Rocks headliners and NFL games specifically, the moment your tickets are confirmed is the right moment to lock in the bus.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your Lakewood party bus or charter bus at least three to six months in advance to secure the best pricing and the right vehicle for your group. Early booking matters most for Red Rocks concert weekends (May–September), Broncos home games (September–January), prom season (April–May), and graduation weekends (May–June). Outside of those peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is usually workable — but the earlier you call, the better your options.
Lock in your date as soon as your headcount is confirmed. Call 303-214-4282 right now to check availability!
Popular Lakewood Party Bus Destinations
A Lakewood party bus itinerary can reach some of Colorado's most exciting venues in under an hour. From an iconic outdoor amphitheatre to a neighborhood arts district and a world-class natural history museum, the options within range of Lakewood make for a strong day or night out. Here are six destinations your group will love.

Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) is Colorado's most iconic venue — 9,525 seats carved between 300-foot red sandstone formations west of Lakewood, roughly 12 miles via US-285 South and Morrison Road. The amphitheatre runs concerts from May through October, hosts the annual 9News Parade of Lights in December, and draws morning yoga classes and hikers year-round. Parking opens two hours before doors for events, with the Top Circle Lot nearest the main entry.
The approach road off Highway 8 fills completely in the final 90 minutes before showtime on sellout nights — a fact that makes a direct group drop-off at the Top Circle far smarter than gambling on arriving and parking independently. Phone: (720) 865-2494.

Belmar Arts District
Belmar (7301 W Alaska Dr, Lakewood, CO 80226) is Lakewood's 22-block urban district built on the former Villa Italia Mall site — a walkable grid of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and event space that draws the neighborhood crowd year-round and hosts Belmar's annual arts and music festival each summer. Popular stops include Ale House at Amato's, the Bruz Beers taproom, and the Belmar Park shoreline along the south edge of the development. Parking in the district is shared surface and structured, and it fills up during evening events and weekend dining hours — a party bus drops your group in the heart of the district and loops back without the hunt for a spot.
The district connects directly to the W Line light rail at the Lamar Station, but a bus keeps your whole group together between stops.

Denver Museum of Nature and Science
The Denver Museum of Nature and Science (2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205) fills 716,000 square feet with a 110-foot Diplodocus skeleton, the Gates Planetarium, an IMAX theater, and the hands-on Expedition Health gallery — welcoming 1.5 million visitors each year. From Lakewood, the drive east via US-6 runs roughly 20 minutes in standard morning traffic. Charter buses unload at the designated group zone south of the building along Colorado Boulevard, then wait off-site or along nearby streets during the visit.
First Tuesdays are free admission but bring noticeably larger crowds. School groups should reserve timed-entry and programs online four weeks in advance. Phone: (303) 370-6000.

Bear Creek Lake Park
Bear Creek Lake Park (15600 W Morrison Rd, Lakewood, CO 80228) is Jefferson County's own 2,600-acre reservoir and trail park — the largest park in Lakewood — with swimming beaches, boat rentals, archery ranges, horseback riding concessions, and group picnic shelters that routinely host reunions, corporate outings, and school field days. The park entrance is off Morrison Road just south of US-285, a five-minute drive from central Lakewood. Group picnic shelters require advance reservations through Jefferson County Open Space, and parking on busy summer weekends fills the main lot early in the afternoon.
A charter bus keeps your reunion group together from the hotel or neighborhood pickup all the way to the shelter, with room in the undercarriage bays for coolers, gear, and equipment. Phone: (303) 697-6159.

Coors Field
Coors Field (2001 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205) hosts the Colorado Rockies from April through September in the heart of LoDo — 25 minutes from Lakewood via US-6 East in off-peak traffic, but easily 50 minutes during a Friday afternoon rush on the Sixth Avenue Freeway. Game-day parking in Lot A runs $23–$28 and fills fast on weekend afternoon games; designated bus parking in Section B costs $40 per vehicle, purchased in advance through the Rockies parking page. One bus for your entire group means one permit, one drop near Gate B on 22nd and Blake, and the whole crew exits the same gate after the final out instead of scattering across the LoDo parking grid.
Phone: (303) 292-0200.

Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park
Elitch Gardens (2000 Elitch Cir, Denver, CO 80204) is Colorado's only downtown combination theme and water park — 50-plus rides including 13 roller coasters, a lazy river, and seasonal water attractions running from late April through October. The park sits in the Platte River Valley near Mile High Stadium, about 12 miles from central Lakewood via US-6 East. Buses and passenger vans over 15 seats park free on event days, while standard vehicle parking costs $30–$35.
Group ticket discounts are available for 15 or more guests when reserved online in advance — they are not available at the gate. Enter via the Elitch Circle main gate. Arriving at opening (10 a.m.) gives your group first access to the most popular coasters before afternoon crowds build.
Phone: (303) 595-4386.
